E.N Contracting & Disposals Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for renting bins from E.N CONTRACTING & DISPOSALS.

1. All rentals shall be paid in full before bin(s) is/are dropped off; price for tonnage will be upon disposal which are due upon receipt.
2. Care and Custody: The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for the equipment provided by E.N CONTRACTING & DISPOSALS while it is on their premises, except for normal wear and tear or damage caused by the company’s handling. The customer agrees that the bin(s) and/or any machinery shall not be relocated or taken off-site by any party other than an E.N Contracting & Disposals employee/driver and designated truck.
3. Rental Period and Extensions: The customer is informed about the rental period for different bin sizes and the procedure for extending the rental period.
4. Overloading: The customer agrees not to overload the bins either by volume or weight, as they are responsible for any fines or liability resulting from overloading.
5. Hazardous Waste: E.N CONTRACTING & DISPOSALS does not accept hazardous waste, and additional charges may apply if such waste is found in the bins upon dumping.
6. Damage Liability: The customer acknowledges that E.N CONTRACTING & DISPOSALS is not liable for any damage to the customer’s property, such as pavement, driving surfaces, grass, or curbs, resulting from the weight of the equipment or vehicles, and release the E.N CONTRACTING & DISPOSALS from any claims, lawsuits, expenses, damages, or liabilities, including legal fees, connected to or resulting from the customers use of the Equipment.
7. Weight Charges: The customer is responsible for paying any charges for weight that exceeds the minimums included in the base bin charges.
8. Late Payment Fee: Any overdue invoices are subject to a 2% per month fee.
9. Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for being aware of charges and terms, and they are encouraged to ask questions if needed.

Agreement Confirmation: By checking the box on the Request a Bin form, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions, and the service will be dispatched accordingly.

These terms and conditions establish the responsibilities of both E.N CONTRACTING & DISPOSALS and the customer regarding the rental of bins and the disposal of waste materials.
